Welcome to the new year... I know it's a bit late in the year and I know a few of you still check the forum, lets try to train hard this year and prepare ourselves mentally and pyhsically for the 2006 tournament.

Thanks for the info, a lot of it was really interesting. I do believe that there is an energy that we all have, however i wonder up to what point the phenomena is psychosomatic. Surely if you concetrate hard enough and think that something should happen your body will tell you that it is. This may well indeed be what Chi is. I think in the west we have a problem getting to grips with it because we have moved away from religion and toward science. Faith is a very rare thing now days and as a child of this generation i find it very hard to believe anything i can't see or measure. Maybe that's the physics student in me I would like to learn more about this so the more we do in class Rob, the better.

The man's a legend. He once killed a Vietnamese Knife fighter in 30 seconds. That's impressive. Anyone seen his video of the triple jup sidekick. It's immese.
